- Booking and Payment
- All prices are net and non-negotiable.
- Payments are non-refundable.
- Full payment is required no later than 2 days prior to the tour start date.
- Bookings are only confirmed upon receipt of full payment.
- Reservations must be made at least 3 days in advance. Please confirm via email or WhatsApp at +62 [number].
- Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations or no-shows due to weather conditions are not accepted as valid reasons for refunds.
- However, rescheduling of activities is permitted, subject to availability.
- Changes by the Customer
- Requests for date or name changes must be submitted at least 1 day before the scheduled tour.
- Any changes may be subject to additional charges and are based on availability.
- Travel Insurance
- Customers are advised to obtain personal travel insurance independently, as it is not included in the tour package.
- Liability Disclaimer
- We operate solely as an agent for tours and transportation services.
- We are not liable for any injury, loss, or damage incurred during the tour.
- Code of Conduct
- Disruptive or unsafe behavior may result in removal from the tour without a refund.
- Guests are expected to respect local customs, laws, and fellow travelers.
